Q1: Kenapa pre-order mengambil masa hingga 14 hari? Lama sangat ke?Biasanya Kina akan pos secepat mungkin ikut giliran. Tapi kadang-kadang stok habis dan perlu restock dahulu — sebab tu tempoh pre-order agak panjang. Pre-order memang dibuka untuk mereka yang boleh tunggu dan tak rush.Q2: Kalau beli melalui Shopee dapat free shipping. Kenapa Direct Order kena bayar?Betul, platform seperti Shopee/TikTok ada baucar free shipping. Direct order tiada baucar, jadi postage perlu dibayar penuh. Tapi kelebihan direct order — tiada caj platform, jadi harga produk lebih murah. Kalau awak lebih selesa order melalui Shopee/TikTok, tak ada masalah — ikut mana mudah untuk awak ☺️Q3: Bila order saya akan dipos?Order dipos selepas siap diproses. Kina pos mengikut giliran, dan akan update tracking bila parcel dah dihantar.Q4: Boleh request urgent order?Bergantung pada queue. Kalau stok cukup & masa mengizinkan, Kina akan cuba bantu — tapi urgent order tak dijamin ya.Q5: Kalau parcel hilang atau rosak macam mana?Sebarang isu dari pihak courier berada di luar kawalan Kina. However, sometimes stock runs out and needs to be restocked — this can extend the processing time.Pre-order is mainly for those who are okay with waiting and not rushing.Q2: Shopee offers free shipping. Why do I need to pay postage for Direct Order?Platforms like Shopee/TikTok offer free shipping vouchers.
Direct orders don’t have these vouchers, so postage is charged normally.However, direct order prices are lower because there are no platform fees.
If you’re more comfortable ordering through Shopee/TikTok, that’s completely fine ☺️Q3: When will my order be shipped?Orders are shipped once they are finished.
Kina ships according to the queue and will update the tracking number once the parcel is sent out.Q4: Can I request an urgent order?It depends on the current queue.
If stock is available and time allows, Kina will try to help — but urgent orders are not guaranteed.Q5: What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?Issues caused by the courier are beyond Kina’s control.
However, if there is any mistake on Kina’s side, Kina will assist to resolve it.Q6: How long does Kina take to reply messages?Usually within 1–24 hours.
